It’s all racing for the car and bike show – South Coast Herald

The South Coast has not hosted a car and bike show for some time due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

However, Ignite Revolution, a non-profit organization from Port Shepstone, will be putting on an exciting car and bike show on the grounds of St Martin De Porres School this Saturday (28) at 10.00am.

Ignite Revolution reaches out to many needy people on the South Coast and surrounding areas. The show promises plenty of entertainment for the whole family.

Funds raised from this show will go towards building a shelter at the Ignite Soup Kitchen in Nyandezulu. This shelter will have a multifunctional purpose. It will be used for children’s meals, orientation, homework help and a literacy program.

It will also serve the community if emergency shelter is needed.

Currently, more than 300 children receive hot meals from the soup kitchen. The event organizers are eagerly awaiting public support.

Those who want to present their vehicles, the cost is R150 per car and R100 per bike. A spectator fee of R10 will be charged.

Food and business stands are available for hire. For more information contact Kaylin on 082 4797292 or Jay on 067 1516843.
