A group of 40 people from across the UK, including Penn colleague Thomas Harrison, are aiming to raise at least £100,000. “The group includes a number of participants with spinal cord injuries who will be using handcycles or adaptive bicycles to complete the challenge.”

At Perspective, Penn also leads the development of the firm’s relationships with other professional services firms, including lawyers and accountants. Previously, he was head of marketing at Sintons, a law firm, and management consultant at Deloitte.

Perspective Financial has completed four acquisitions from March, bringing the national financial planning firm’s total to 50 with total assets under management of £4.2bn.

These agreements have been concluded with Searchlight Investments, based in Rickmansworth, Stafford Wealth Management, based in Hertford, TCS Life and Pensions / The MGroup Financial Services, based in Oxford, and IFA Andrew Whitehouse, based in Maidstone.

Perspective has grown significantly over the past two years following a capital injection by CBPE Capital in December 2019. During this period, it has completed 18 acquisitions, doubled its headcount to 280 employees, added 1.2 billion of assets and opened seven new local offices, taking its total to 21 across the UK.
